First Post In 2 Years

While watching a Blue Jays game and lifting weights, I thought it would be time to post something to my blog. I am trying to get rid of my flabby arms by using the body bar. It looks like a long black bar that is covered by a soft grippy sponge and weighs 12 pounds. I have been doing different exercises with it including squats and bicep curls with it for the past 30 minutes. I think I will do this every day for the next week to see if the flab will slowly go away. It is a very versatile piece of workout equipment. Better get ready for bed.
